Lend - International Summer School starts at 3 pm on July 21^st and ends at 1 pm on July 24^th.

Deadline for registration and fee payment: 18^th July 2025

  

All Participants have to register and pay the relevant fee.

It is necessary to be a member of LEND to participate in the INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL.

THERE ARE DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

 

The fee includes the following:

• Participation in all sessions of the Summer School
• Lunches (July 22^nd and July 23^rd) and Tea/Coffee breaks (see the programme)
• All the summer school materials
• Access to all the services at the hotel (swimming pool, hotel facilities, parking area, wifi)
• Certificate of attendance

 

2a) in a double room 450 euros per person

Single rooms are available at the cost of 550 euros.

 

The fee includes the following services

• Participation in all sessions of the Summer School
• All the summer school materials
• Certificate of attendance
• Lunches (July 22^nd and July 23^rd), Dinners (July 21^st, 22^nd and 23^rd)
• Tea/Coffee breaks according to the programme
• Participation in a special after dinner event on July 23^rd.
• Accommodation (double / single occupancy rooms, bed & breakfast + local taxes)
• Access to all the services at the hotel

2a) in a double room 400 euros per person

 

The fee includes the following services

• Lunches (July 22^nd and July 23^rd), Dinners (July 21^st, 22^nd and 23^rd)
• Participation in a special after dinner event on July 23^rd.
• Accommodation (double occupancy rooms, bed & breakfast + local taxes)
• Access to all the services at the hotel

 

Unless specified on reservation, room occupancy will be decided by the organizing committee.

The Registration can be considered completed and valid only after the receipt of the fee payment.

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

If notice of cancellation is received within 31^st May 2025, 70% of the amount will be reimbursed ONLY FOR PAYMENTS THROUGH BANK TRANSFER.

Otherwise NO refund can be made.

There will be no refund for no-shows.

Denial of a visa application to Italy does not entitle to any refunds.

The organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Summer School. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind, so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic/pandemic, major strikes etc.).

 

As a participant in this event, you may be photographed.

With your participation you authorise the use of your images in photographs, videos and other reproductions.
